I am honoured to be able to offer in-person examinations, medical care, palliative care and end-of-life care for dogs and cats at-home in the Cowichan Valley, including Chemainus, Crofton, Duncan, Cowichan Bay, Maple Bay, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill and Lake Cowichan.
I am also excited to offer telemedicine appointments from Cowichan Valley to Victoria.
If you are in my available service area, please book your appointment online. Appointments generally become available 2-4 weeks in advance. If we are
on holidays, away due to illness or fully booked you won’t see any appointments available. You can also text, email or phone and leave a message, and we
will get back to you as soon as we are able during regular business hours on Tuesday 12pm-4pm, Wednesday 9am-4pm, and Thursday from 9am-4pm. I always have my phone silenced when driving and when performing procedures.
I appreciate your understanding that I will contact you ASAP during my next available moment and I recognize that waiting can be difficult. If your pet is experiencing an emergency (ie - active bleeding, difficulty breathing, severe trauma, toxin ingestion, active seizures) and needs veterinary care or euthanasia services ASAP, please contact your regular veterinarian or visit the nearest emergency veterinary hospital and don’t wait for me to return your inquiry. However you book, I look forward to meeting with you and caring for you and your pet. For end-of-life care (euthanasia), I will contact you prior to your appointment to discuss any concerns, special requests, and answer any questions you might have. Please feel free to ask me anything – I’m here to help you in a non-judgemental, safe way and I want you to be comfortable.
